VETA Examination Results
VETA stands for the Vocational Education and Training Authority, which is a government agency in Tanzania responsible for overseeing the country’s vocational education and training programs. VETA was established in 1994 and is tasked with promoting and coordinating vocational education and training programs in Tanzania.
VETA’s mission is to provide quality vocational education and training that meets the needs of the Tanzanian economy, by developing and implementing training programs that are relevant, practical, and accessible to all. The agency also aims to promote the recognition of vocational skills and qualifications, to improve the quality and relevance of vocational education and training, and to enhance access to vocational education and training opportunities for all Tanzanians.
To achieve its goals, VETA works with a range of stakeholders, including government ministries, employers, training providers, and communities, to develop and implement vocational education and training programs. The agency also provides accreditation and certification of training providers, and works to promote and support the development of entrepreneurship and self-employment.
